PriyoTech Global Academy ("we", "us") is a service of PriyoTech Global Solution, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 7688873). We teach practical AI and digital skills online, through our website and our mobile app. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
Information we collect
- Enrollment details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the course you choose.
- Payment proof you send us on WhatsApp, such as a screenshot of a bank transfer. We use it only to confirm your payment.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
- Course activity stored on your own device, such as your access code and which weeks you marked complete. This is saved in your browser, and we do not use it to track you.
- Device and access records on our servers. When you open a course, your access code and a random device identifier are stored with the course system so that one code is used on one device only. We do not collect your phone number, contacts, location or advertising ID through the app.
- Bot check. After several wrong code attempts, we may use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that you are a person. It may process technical information from your browser for this purpose.
- Chat assistant messages. Messages typed into our website assistant are processed by an AI service so that it can reply. Please do not type passwords, bank details or other private information into it.
How we use it
- To enroll you, confirm your payment and give you access to your course
- To contact you about your course, schedule and certificate
- To issue and verify certificates, which show your name, course and date
- To answer your questions and improve our courses
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else handles information
We use trusted services to run the academy, including a website host, Cloudflare (for our course system and website assistant), WhatsApp and email providers. They handle information only to provide their service to us. If we show advertising on our site, advertising partners such as Google may use cookies to show ads, as described in their own policies, and you can control ad personalisation in your Google settings.
Certificates
Anyone who knows a certificate ID can check the holder's name, course and date on our verification page. We show nothing else.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as private access codes and password-protected admin tools. No online system is perfectly secure, so please keep your access code private.
How long we keep it
We keep enrollment and certificate records for as long as needed to run your course, issue and verify your certificate, and meet our legal duties. You can ask us to delete or correct your information at any time, except records we are required to keep.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. We aim to follow applicable data protection law in Nigeria, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Children
Our courses are intended for people aged 16 and above. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us before enrolling.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
