PriyoTech Global Academy is a service of PriyoTech Global Solution, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 7688873). By enrolling in a PriyoTech Global Academy course or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Enrollment and fees

• Each course has a fixed fee shown on our website, currently N10,000 per course.
• Course payment is made by bank transfer, and you send your proof of payment to us on WhatsApp.
• Payment must be complete before a course begins. We confirm your payment before giving access.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

Your access code

• After your payment is confirmed, we give you a personal access code.
• Your code is for you only and works on one device. Please do not share it. We may cancel a code that is shared or misused.
• We may cancel a code if a payment is reversed or found to be invalid.

Course content

The lessons, quizzes and other course materials belong to PriyoTech Global Academy. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, publish or share them without our written permission.

E-books and digital products

• We may sell e-books and other downloadable products. The price and format are shown where the product is offered.
• Because a download can be copied as soon as it is delivered, digital products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. If a file is damaged or does not open, contact us and we will send a working copy.
• An e-book is licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, upload, share or publish it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
• Digital products are for learning. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any result from using them.
• Some products may be sold through a third-party store such as Selar. Payment on that store is also subject to that store's own terms.

Certificates

• A Certificate of Completion is issued when you finish the course requirements, including the final assessment.
• Each certificate has a unique ID that anyone can check on our verification page.
• We may cancel a certificate that was obtained dishonestly.

No guarantee of results

We teach practical skills and share job and freelance opportunities when we can. We do not guarantee employment, income or any particular outcome.

AI tools and accuracy

Our lessons teach you to use AI tools responsibly. AI can make mistakes, so always check important results yourself. Our website assistant answers questions about the academy and may be wrong, so please confirm important details with us on WhatsApp.

Acceptable use

Please use the course and our website honestly. Do not try to break into our systems, guess codes, harass others, or use what you learn to deceive or harm people.

Changes and availability

We may update courses, schedules, prices and these terms. We try to keep our services running, but we cannot promise they will always be available.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PriyoTech Global Academy is not responsible for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, our courses or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
